That caption is not wrong. It’s perfectly structured. But it could have been generated for any physiotherapy clinic in any city in any country. There’s no voice, no specific client, no moment of recognition. Nothing that would make a real person stop scrolling.
Session B – Same prompt. Brand Bible loaded first.
Before the prompt runs, the AI receives the clinic’s Brand Bible: their voice (warm, plain-language, no medical jargon), their primary client (desk workers aged 35-55 who’ve “tried everything”), their point of difference (they listen, and they build a plan around your actual life, not just your symptoms), and their content rules (no exclamation marks, no emoji stacks, no motivational poster language).
Same prompt. Completely different output:

No hashtag soup. No generic encouragement. A specific, recognisable moment a real client would read and think: that’s exactly me. A clear differentiator. A single call to action.
The prompt didn’t change. The foundation did.
This is what the fix looks like, not more complex prompts, but AI that knows your brand before you ask it anything.
Why do better prompts keep failing?
The most common advice when AI output sounds off is: improve your prompt. Add more context. Be more specific. Tell it the tone you want. Use a prompt template from someone online.
